Monkey See Monkey Do

Ben got a splinter so we decided to soak his finger in water for a few minutes to help get it out. Nora saw big brother doing this and next thing you know she opened the cabinet, got her own bowl and tried to fill it with water using the spout in the refrigerator door. Ben finds it totally amusing that she wants to do EVERYTHING he does ... we'll see how he feels about it next summer!

Babies and Zoo Robots

Nora loves to play with the baby dolls at Bubba's house. 

Some family members find them super creepy  but not Miss Miss.

Ben built this zoo robot the other night. He cracks us up!

Nora was very concerned about Joe after his knee surgery. She was right there to offer plenty of extra cuddles for Daddy. She's a true Daddy's Girl!

Last Day of Kindergarten-

Ben had a great school year and learned soooo much. I can't believe we have a FIRST GRADER in our house!! Here he is at the end-of-the-year picnic with his class and an impromptu hug with all the Night Owl boys (Ben is near his teacher in the top photo and beyond the red head in the second photo). Happy summer!

2012 Grandkids Photo-

Here is our attempt to get a photo of the grandkids for Bebe's birthday. It was tricky and we almost lost Maggie in the lake (Aunt Anne's fault ... sorry Mags, love you!). But in the end we got one shot.
