Ben has been experimenting with sound. . . he covers his ears with his hands and talks to himself and then takes his hands off and talks some more. It's pretty funny to watch. Also, he had his first sleepover at Bubba and Grampy's on Friday night. He got a glowing report, so hopefully Joe and I will get more nights out!

...well, actually, it's clean - but Ben has learned to climb. He loves to climb on his rocking chair, into the laundry basket and is starting to learn how to get up on the couch. Right now it's a scary scenario since he doesn't really know how to get down without falling.
We had fun at Blackburn Park on Ben's birthday. At first he only wanted to eat the leaves on the ground but after watching the other kids play he wanted to climb all around the playground.

Today is baby Ben's first birthday. Ben's party was this weekend - it was a lot of fun. He got so many wonderful gifts and is enjoying playing with his new stuff. I can't believe our little guy is so big with so many accomplishments under his belt!
